Freeflow-area in winter
Whether tender beef burgers, spicy chili spaghetti, enticing Kaiserschmarren, or hearty and spicy cheese spaetzle: in our spacious freeflow area we guarantee the highest quality from the region and the incomparable Granatalm taste. At an altitude of 2095 meters, we inspire you with a colorful and balanced variety and also spoil you culinarily during a quick pit stop in the middle of the Penken ski area. Our kitchen team likes to let you look over their shoulders while front-cooking. The premium coffee from the Dinzler roastery and the Ronnefeldt tea specialties make every dessert even more irresistible.

In our cozy day bar - surrounded by the fantastic panorama of the Zillertal mountains - the drinks taste twice as good! From the legendary Tito's American Mule to various selected gin tonics and rum specialties to the Granatspritz, there is something for every taste and you can't help but try your way through the menu. And when it's really cold outside, a mulled wine or "Jagatee" warms up even more here.
